My advice is that everyone that bought V4 (which was released two years ago) should get maintenance (14.96/month 24 month) to ensure they stay on the latest 2020 version and get all the latest updates - this is 50% off the sub price. The first version supporting R23 will be 2020.1 only. Now we are at v8(2020.1), S22 and R23 cannot have a v4, v5, ecc. Latest C4D version supported by v4 is R21.
